Hello, since the newer Pnes 9.98 has better scaling placement, can I simply create a rom with all of my roms and 9.98 using menumaker and then copy the created rom to the SD card?

I would use the built in version, though I think the built in version has 9.97, which does not have as good of scaling.

Yes, you can use the new version. After you create the file, you'll have to put it through the super card patcher as well to get it to work (at least I had to. Wasn't too big of a hassle, you need to do that to for saves anyways)
