Hi All, im new to this forum and would like a quick pointer please.

I have noticed that there is a sticky for using FlashMe with a SuperCard and WiFi Me, but not for the above.

I have had a quick look around the forum, and would like the a short guide on how to do the Flashing.

I have v152 Kernel on my SuperCard, and have read that all i need to do is have the FlashMe.nds on my SuperCard, and boot to the file using the superpass with a NDS game in it. Is this correct?

I have also read that if you dont press A+B+X+Y when booting up with FlashMe installed you boot in GBA mode, does this mean you are unable to play original NDS games or just that the SuperCard works only as a GBA Cart?

Anyhelp on this matter would be appreciated, i am eager to run FlashMe on 3 NDS consoles?

You don't automatically boot into GBA mode if you don't hold A+B+X+Y after you have flashme installed. It will be whatever you set as the default in the menu. If you set it to automatically load when you turn it on, it'll try to load DS games first, then GBA. If you set your DS system to load to the system menu then it will do that.

:D IC.

Thanks for that, have i got the right idea on how to flash the actual flashme firmware then?

From reading the forums it does sound as though i have picked up the right way, its just that on another forum they did mention that you had to use a FlashMe.nds file that had been modified to work with the SuperCard.  Is this not the case now that the SuperCard is v152?

Can i just use the FlashMe_patched.nds file from the WiFi tutorial?

Im being a bit cautious because of the Bricker that is floating around.

Thanks for your help.

Yes, the flashme from the wifi-me tutorial will work fine. Besides loading it up, you'll have to stick something metal to bridge the SL-1 contact that's behind the battery cover (look at any flashme tutorial. They'll show you where this little spot is)

It's really simple to do. If you accidentally slip and lose the contact while it's installing don't panic, just leave the DS on and try and re-bridge the contact and it will continue right where it left off (I lost contact about 10 times during the install with no ill effects)

Just make sure NOT to turn it off till the firmware is 100% installed.
