Dear all, I tried to convert movie by MoonShell DMVEncoder, but the new DMV file is too much bigger than original file. What's wrong ? Please help me (T-T)

That's normal.

Try encoding at half of the DS' maximum resolution (I think it's 128x96 or something like that.) The difference is barely noticable when you fullscreen it.
Manually signing your posts is dumb.

Firmware versioning: Get a Passcard 3, a SuperKey, or a slot-1 flashkit. Then it doesn't matter which firmware you have.

Thanks a lot (^-^) I will go to try it again

The funny thing is, it won't allow my to change the resolutions on the encoder... well, it will allow me to change it, but the thing is, it doesn't REALLY change the resolution. The final video comes out the same size no matter what resolution and the encoder even says after words it used the full res. Quite annoying.

The problem with DMV is that it doesn't (appear anyways) to allow any form of lossy encoding. The result is a very beautiful, very fast video... but it also means the size is quite large.
