Greetings All,

I'm just curious to know if anyone else has a Nintendo WiFi Adapter?
Did you have any issues with installing it?

Does it work with ok with the Supercard?

I've got an original version of Mario Karts and I'm having some grief getting the device to work :(

I'm just trying to determine that it has nothing to do with mods to system.

Thanx,

Kthulu

Probably a computer compatability problem. If your OS isn't Windows XP, it won't work. Other than that, I don't think you should have any problems getting the adapter to work.

I've got it sorted, thanks for the feedback.

The only issue I have now is how to configure Nortons Internet Security to allow connections.

Does anyone know which Application I need to configure for Firewall access?

Thanks,

Kthulu

what did you mean by "which application" you need to configure?  are you wanting to do a custom configuration for nintendo wifi connector?

Yeah thats what I meant.

At the moment I need to turn off Nortons Internet Firewall to use my WiFi adapter.  I want to do a manual configuration of my Firewall settings to allow access.  I'm just trying to determine which .exe I need to configure.

When have a look at Processes Tab in Task Manager, I have a "NintendoWFCReg.exe" running.  I'm wondering if this is what I'm after.

Any ideas.

Thanks,

Kthulu

I have this wicked cold and my brain is only running on essential systems......

Its was the Exe I suggested, and now beware Internet Mario Players.....

i was just going to reply.. but you already got it. heh.  i allow all connections from that app, and it works great..   had some weird problems though, after running different versions (Eur and USA) of mario kart and changing my wifi ID too many times.. i wouldn't suggest doing that
