Hy for now i don not still have a usb to bluetooth adapter so i can't go online ...
And i d not know anyone who does have nintendo DS...so i 'm wondering if i can access (just to visit ) other's villages (worlds) just putting their code or i can't do anything about moving form my town if  i do not meet any NDS owner...thanks

It's not bluetooth, it's WiFi.

And I think you can visit other towns locally without needing a friend code.
