I'm pretty sure it doesn't use external RAM for anything.

It is meant to use ram to improve performance by caching stuff there, but so far I don't believe the 3 in 1 works - it doesn't need the extra ram though.

yeah dont seem to notice with my 3in1

and yes sposed to cache sprites to make it faster or sumthing but its no difference with or without for me its still pretty fast

im using acekard2 slot 1 only.. i wonder if speeds up f i use slot 2 only supercard sd
