"direct boot to SC,so forget the ABXY+Power"  I thought this was for flashme as a replacement for the passme device.  What about an unflashed nds , you would still need a passme right? and doesn't that boot right to the ds SC.  so how will that work for those unflashed?

For those unflashed, it will change nothing.

Flashme can either load code by manually holding ABXY, or by having certain data in the header of the rom. In this case, the data it put in the header of the supercard firmware. Flashme sees this header and then instantly boots into DS mode.

(edit) Also I was thinking some more on the speed patching... it really shouldn't be too amazingly difficult to do... Have the patcher look for known videos and song types, then mark them to be put into supercard ram. If over 32MB, then prioritize (most likely) audio over video.

do the makers of SC patch software support flashme?  because they sell the Super pass.  And that would make the product they sell useless.  Well actually you will need it to flash your ds for the first time.

So either don't upgrade or pull out the fricking Supercard.

It's not going to kill you to hold a button when you boot up... it's way easier to hold one than four, anyway.

Actually it's easier to press four.

Is it my fault I play my real games just as much as I use the SC? Should I be  burdened with extra steps just because of that? It shouldn't be too hard to put the option of either.

1) no your wrong, 1 button is easier to press than 4 buttons ..please do not argue this point as your statement in the first place almost made me want to commit suicide.

2) Take your supercard out if you want to play your bought games, you will get longer battery time.
