Well I've searched, read and downloaded a bunch of files for when I receive my SC SD and Superpass2 in the next couple of days and I'm a little confused! I just want to be sure that what I plan on doing is right.

First I did the color test and my screen turns blue. I must have the old firmware, is it ok even if I use a Superpass2 my DS and not a superpass1?

It seems I need to program my Superpass2 so I downloaded superpassV10.rar. I guess that should be easy and done with the usb cable and programer right?

After I plan to install sd_154.bin to update my SC in gba mode before I do anything else.

Then I would like to flash my DS before anything bad happends to it. I already know that I need to remove the battery cover, sticker and stick something metal in the hole.  But what version of flashme do I need to use for my DS? passme2flashme.gba or just flashme.nds ? I want to install V6 and that removes the health warning.

Then to prepare my roms, I installed SuperCard V.2.44 and replaced the rominfo.dat with the one from rominfo_12-24-2005.rar and put the SCFONT.FON in the SC root. Is this right? So my SuperCard software should be up to date and I must use it to prepare every GBA and NDS roms I want to use?

I also have some nes roms, do they need any preparation? I heard the SC can read them without an emulator but where do I put my roms? Do I need to prepare the nes roms like the nds or gba?

For GBA roms, pfpatch-v0.9 is to make them run faster right? Should I use this on every rom?

What's the use for fastrestart.exe, ndstool.exe, ndspatch.exe?

Does using the supercard shortens your battery life all that much? I plan on having it always in my DS, do I also need to leave a real game in my nds slot?

Sorry about the long post and so many questions, but soon enough I'll go through all of that and finally know what I'm doing. I just dont want to mess anything up or complicate my life with apps that I dont need to use. Thanks!

flashme is without the health risk screen

flashme stealth is with the healthrisk screen

nes roms:  just put them onto the SC.  you may want to put them into folders.   Goto c: program files folder- select SC folder- then make a copy of the nes sav file and paste a copy with each nes rom that you put on the SC.  name each save file according to what rom they are for.  zelda. nes =  zelda.sav  or if your extensions are off just zelda
