Unsure of what DS F/w i had i ordered the supercard and passme2. When once i got it and then i stuck Uk metroid prime demo in the superpass2 and put a game on the supercard and all booted fine.

When i flashed the passme2 with a compatible games and put relevent save file ect,ect files on the Sd card using the Superpass 2 software repeat above with game and DS wouldn't boot past warning screen (went white)

So reflashed to the passme1 code for passme2 (this is what it comes with)

and all is fine - thus went ahead and installed V6 flashme to my NDS-V2 (it told me after flash).

SO am i right in thinking passme2 programmed for a specific game won't work on a older DS, but the process i went through (cannot check as not got a new DS) will be fine for later use

PassMe2 worked fine with my silver DS with Firmware v3 on it. So I assume it's backwards compatible - at least to v3 anyway.

The PassMe1 code (First generation superpasses etc.) won't work with the newer firmware. You require a specifically programmed PassMe2 for that.

i think it works with all DSes , coz the official site of SC says so .

well i flashed with Mario Kart files and then wario ware and it wouldn't boot up with the orginal game in the passme2.

only thing i can think off is where i put the saver file, ect - it wasn't on the root of the SD mem card but in a folder, maybe that was why?

With the passme2 you need to launch the special game saver loader for the cart you are using then turn the unit off, inseart the flashme2,  then turn it back on really quickly.

I found it easier to insert the flashme2 after loading the save right before turning the DS off. Saves a little time.. I got white screens every time I tried before because I was  not quick enough
