Hey. When I used to wite GBA games to my SuperCard SD, it would give me a jumbled NINTENDO Logo and it'd say Gameboy at the top. I fixed that, with the sc162.bin, I think it's called. But.. I'm not sure if it's fixed, for I can't get SuperCard SD Software to convert my .gba roms!! It just says "Open File Error"!! Help, please....

That probably means you have a bug in the software not the supercard firmware.  Try downloading the latest patcher and if that doesn't work check your output path.
