I see so many home-brew games everywhere. so I'm asking, how do you make home-brew games? :?  if anyone can explain please post a reply.

if you know absolutly nothing about coding at all www.palib.com is a good place to start.  Read through the turorials in the wiki and it should explain everything you want to know and how to get started.
