as summarized above i need the help with the above combo

I tried the steps on the above sticky on how to use wifime to install flashme (but instead to load a rom but was not able to and getting double white screen)

have:
-wifime working (can play demos)
-supercard SD 1.52 and supercard's software loader 2.42 (tried ndspatcher too)
-have no ds game or passme on ds slot
-DS blue with matching serial known to work with passme as listed on the form:http://www.dspassme.com/dstrackerlist.shtml

Problem:
both screens are white when trying to load any type of rom after using wifime (NOTE no ds game/passme in ds slot)

Tried:
-placing unpatched file as .nds on sd card. failed
-used supercard's software 2.42 to transfer the ds game. failed
-used ndspatcher to patch file. then rename to .nds cuz .gba will conflict. failed.
-used supercard's software 2.42 to transfer the ndspatch'ed ds game. failed
-tried prepending ndsloader.bin to nds. then copy to sd card. failed
-tried appending ndsloader.bin to nds then copy to sd card. failed
-tried supercard's software 2.42 on prepended ndsloader.bin copied rom. results in a 0 byte file being placed. failed.

Guesses:
-somehow my ds is newer firmware
-not doing the steps properly? don't see how since i can load gba games.
-need a game in ds slot?

I am not going to install flashme until i can verify that i can run an nds rom off supercard using wifime

Oh I forgot to mention something.

1 gig kingston / 1 gig sandisk both same problem.

I have a strong belief that i have the old firmware because i can see the Supercard's menu after loading wifime. (bottom screen shows supercard logo and top shows menu). but after loading the selected rom, i get double white screen. i've been reading that other gba flash carts have a way of disabling menus but from what i have seen there is no way to disable it on the supercard?

any clues?

You have to have a DS game in the slot to pass the RSA security.
If you don't you'll get two white screens.

I dunno why you wouldn't try have a game in there before doing the more annoying software patching and renaming...  Always remember KISS, Keep It Simple, Stupid

ds didn't have a game bundled with it so i wasn't able to test it until i went and picked up a game.

It won't matter next release. Version 1.53 firmware removes the need for any cart in the DS.
