Alright,

Is it possible to patch roms on the command line?  I could see using a third party tool to patch roms instead of the relatively pain in the ass front end ...

Anyone?  Does the patcher take CLI parameters?

I'm afraid not on either counts, also all of the logic seems to be in the hefty .exe's not even a dll we can pass parameters too iirc...
