The cht files in the SC folder are all numbered. If i want the cheat file for Fire Emblem sacred stones, which cht file do i have to use? And how do i use the cheats?

The .cht files are automatically loaded when put a rom in the patcher. Double click on the rom and check the bottom of the window and it should have the cheats listed there if there are any.

I'm not sure there is since it's a fairly new game and the list hasn't been updated in a while. You can always make your own in VBA and import them... but I won't tell you how to make your own codes, there are plenty of guides out there on how to do that.
