Anyone know if Supercardstore e-mail when they dispatch the items because i am yet to receive e-mail from them and i made the payment on 28th July.  :roll:

I mailed supercard store a few days ago and I normally get a reply withing a day.
I would say he's on holiday , don't worry you will get your product.
If you made the correct payment I have faith in SuperCardStore.com.

Supercardstore is the best SuperCard store (no pun intended) out there, however, it's transactions are rather weird. After you make the payment, check your Junk/Spam folder, because all of his emails are, for some reason, on the spamfilter list.

My account Paypal account is attached with MSN and i must have check my Inbox, trash folders 10 times etc. and can not find reply from him regarding whether he has sent the items yet or not. :?

I ordered 'till now 4 SuperCards mini SD and all came to me within 3 days. He's usually quick to reply, be sure to check your Spam folder for his mail.

i am wondering how many days does it take between Supercardstore shipping the item to receiving it, because i payed on friday and was asked that they will ship it on monday because i made the payment a little late and now its tuesday and still no sign of my items.

hmmmmmmmm, i ordered on friday aswell, and havent had any form of confirmation, but i was emailing and gettign replies from Chris up intill the point that i had placed my order...... maybe its somethgin to so with friday.... maybe they are having problems.... i also was hoping to have my supercard lite today. but unless its on the late delivery i doubt i'm gettign it today

I wouldnt worry about SuperCard Store.
They arent out to con you and are very good at what they do.
It might be something as simple as post being delayed.

Or they sold out of their first shipment and waiting for the second shipment.

I've had a few problems with emails too sometimes, they mostly get spam filtered or sometimes dont get to me at all

Chris is a good bloke

but he said he had been snowed under at the weekend, I got almost all my order today (Weds) (just missing my Superkey) , they usually come next day, but this time it was 2 days, hopefully my Superkey will come tomorrow

He may be on holiday, I've not had a 'your item has been posted' email for this latest order, and I've not had an email to my query yet

mind you, in common with others on here, I have had problems getting his emails in the past

He's convinced it's not his problem, and that may well be, but as long as his messages are not getting through to people, he should probably change his email provider!!!

Hey Guys - the Forum admins asked me not to post as this site is sponsored by another store (they own the forum, so I understand if they don't want rivals posting) so they might remove this, but I am not on holiday and everyone got sent an order acknowledgment and a dispatch email - I'm trying to find out why it was not received...
