SuperCard Doesn't Work

I've tried everything, literally everything, and I can't get my SuperCard SD to work. I've tried pushing the SC on the right, left, middle, holding down L + R, holding down Select, formatting my SD card, using FAT, using FAT 32, changed SD cards, changed the games I tried to program (with SuperPass 2) with and I'm pissed off and out of ideas.

My DS (red v4) doesn't even recognize my SC, so I'm guessing I'm missing some file or something. So I beg of you: please tell me all the files I need to atleast update to v1.62 or what files I need to get into my SC menu (which doesn't show up). When I boot my DS with SP2 inserted I get the dual white screens. Its been months and I regret every buying a Super anything.

Yes, its real.

Here's a quick check to see if the supercard is working.

Insert your memory card into the supercard and put it into the DS.
Turn on your DS with only the supercard.

Are you able to select the GBA game in the DS menu?
After selecting it will it show you the supercard menu in one screen?

If you do see it, then your supercard is ok and it's just a problem of using the Superpass2.

It says "There is no game pak inserted".

Yea, sounds like your supercard is no good.
Sadly you should've had it exchanged once you noticed it was bad.

My Supercard SD initially had a problem and Realhotstuff exchanged it for me.

I bought this thing on April 15, I'm pretty positive that I don't have the order sheet that came with the package. Is there anyway I can return this thing?

Send the place you bought it from an email and see what they say.

This is what it says on RHS

Damaged or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.

I can buy the bubblewrap envelope, but I got rid of the stuff inside long ago. Don't tell me I'm stuck with this defective thing...
