Supercard miniSD uses noticably less power than it's big brother, and thus the batteries in your GBA/NDS last longer.

Really? I haven't noticed myself ... On the other hand, I use a DS Lite with max brightness setting and a DS Game Card inserted in SLOT-1 ...

out of curiosity, does the battery recharge? or how would you recharge it?

And also the mini sd can hold sram so u don't have to power up and power down everytime u use the passme 2 :)

dude... i wish i had a battery fro.  that would look awesome.  with a comb stuck in it!

but seriously, the battery does help with passme2 devices (passme 2, passme 2-z, superpass 2, etc.) by holding the correct file in ram, so you don't need to reboot to enter DS mode.  But with the latest range of nopass devices, it doesn't matter.

the supercard miniSD is of a way better build quality too.  It feels very sturdy, and fits perfectly in the GBA slot.

Performance-wise, they are the same.

battery life is longer with the miniSD version, though.
