I already upgraded to the original 1.63.  Is it worth it to upgrade to 1.63b? and if so should i downgrade to 1.62 and then back up to 1.63b.  I was wondering because from what i've read it seems that 1.63b is just to fix a problem in the actual writing of the firmware to the supercard.

no, your fine. this is only for users who had the supercard with the CB chip nad wher bricking the supercards at 32%, if you already upgraded your firmware it was because you had the MX chip.
