Its the art of doing tricks with a pen/cil using your hand.  This
is one of my personal favourites.

I'm not sure about America.. but there are pen spinners all around the world.  There used to be a large community of pen spinners at http://www.pentrix.com/upsb2/index.php but the forum closed down because of all the bugs.  You can still read all the old post though.

I'm in New Zealand.  There aren't many pen spinners here either but im spreading it around

I'm a pen spinner..but I can't do more than a thumb back-around or a sonic.

wow!  i lived in NZ for 4 years.. heh.. when i was like 10-14 years old.

lived on the "north shore" of auckland..  "birkenhead" to be precise.. if that's how it's spelled..

wow I never new you could do that,  I think I will do it myself so then in school I can do it during class.  what is the best move to start with?

Just another thing, some pen/cils are better to spin than others.  Stay away from ones that are fat, light or short.  The pencil i use is an unsharpened pencil with a rubber at both ends.  Perfect balance
