NDS Browser European Version Order?

What's a good place to order the upcoming European NDS Browser when it is released? Play-Asia says they will not carry it. So I need another place to get it from.

You obviously order from some place in Europe, then, not Asia. I think Amazon UK ships to the US.

Play-Asia does cary European stuff... just not the NDS Browser
