flashme, ez pass 2, supercard-sd

I am having problems flashing my DS Lite. I have gone back about 4 months' worth of posts so I apologize if I missed an obvious answer.

I am using the EZ Pass 2 to flash my DS Lite; I programmed it to a DS game, put the DS game into the EZ Pass, then ran Pepsiman's (http://pepsiman.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/) passme2_mb.gba from the Supercard to write to the SRAM. At this point, I stick in the EZ Pass 2, turn off the DS, then turn it on again and it auto boots to the Supercard. No problems so far.

I run flashme.nds (http://ds.gcdev.com/dsfirmware/) and it immediately goes to white screens and locks up.

I rename the file to flashme.gba or flashme.bin and it gets stuck at 00064K/00000K. After about a minute it boots to a screen with the Game Boy logo and a chime, then it freezes at this stage.

I tried another flashme file that my friend used to flash his DS Lite and it loads the 00525K or so and then boots to the Game Boy logo, then freezes.

The Supercard has been updated to the most recent firmware. The SD card has been formatted to FAT and FAT32 to no avail.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

hold L+R to see if your supercard has any problems. my suggestion is pacthing thee flashme file with the moonshell dsbuild, and rename the output file extension to .nds.

No luck with the dsbuild tool (same errors). L+R test says that everything is okay and that firmware v1.63 is installed. Thanks though.

Any other ideas?

You shouldn't have to rename/patch flashme.nds like you would with other homebrew. The SD card must be formatted as FAT.

Are you running in DS mode?  Flashme.nds must be run from the dual screen supercard logo menu.

Can you run any other homebrew?  With your EZ Pass 2  properly programmed you should be able to run other homebrew without flashing your DS.
