I dont use DSorganize on the memory card that messed up but I have it on another SD card could that be a problem?

I think DSo messed up my SD card too, sometimes it loads and sometimes it doesnt, and if it doesnt I just take everything out and put it back and it works, I deleted DSo  and havent had any problems since...

There's Very Strange Things that happen with certain apps and games on the Supercard. I'm a victim of an older DSOrganise on my Supercard SD.

The best thing you can do is to follow the hints in this guide, and backup frequently!

I've also found that having multiple instances of a single game on the Supercard can cause it do to very strange things.
