Just a little while ago, batchdpg worked fine.  But now, when i select a video to convert, it says "Aspect ratio information could not be retrieved. Please set width and height manually."  I have Microsoft .NET Framework v1.1 and AviSynth 2.56 so does anyone know whats wrong?

Well the latest version of the .NET Framework is v2 so I'd suggest getting that (I don't know if it actually requires it at all or if you just pulled that out of the air or not).

Also is it having trouble with a specific video? Or are old videos that used to work not working now?

The same error happened to me, but my problem was caused by installing only the update and not the actual full program when I first installed it onto my pc. This might not be your case, but maybe delete and reinstall the program.

I tried reinstalling Batchdpg v1.0 the full version but it still gives the same error.  Every video i try to convert gives me that error.  They all worked before but they don't now.
