I have dotnetfix2.0 They are all .avi's and what do you mean what format are the .avi's in?  

I've also, tried rebooting and only doing one at a time, I even tried using batchdpg0.5

The avis that will not work are all resolution 656x368 the one that did is 624x352, don't know why that would make a difference.  the one that worked is at a bitrate of 130kbps, the ones that wouldn't 192kbps.  my settings on batchdpg are FPS Auto, Profile High, 256x144 resolution, bitrate 256, max bitrate 384
