Can I play more than 1 ACWW on 1 sd mini card?
I want to put a US version and a EUR version on the same sd mini card.
Can I play online with both of them?

yes, just name the roms differently and you can play both.

And the FC wil be just fine no problem with going online with both of them?

I can even play 3 ACWW games if I want on the same SD card?

There is a program that lets you have up to 9 saves for one game without having to have extra ROMs wasting space on your memory card.

I now have 2x ACWW US and it works great!!
Maybe if I want more ACWW's I will look at that program!

I only guided you that way because you mentioned you wanted the US and EUR versions, so i told you to name them differently, in case you had both named "animalcrossing".  If you want more than one of the same version, use the method FifthE1ement pointed out.

I wanted the US and EUR but the EUR just would not work so I now have 2x US.
It works great and I am very happy
