Quote from: "DeVS"My guess is that it may just be needed to  make a save file for them.

Of course a save patch would be needed, that makes sense.  Why didn't I think of that? Well, if Ultimate Spiderman and Castlevania work perfectly then I will venture to guess all ROMs work.

Did you notice if any of the ROMs appear trimmed (smaller) after being patched?

DeVS

Yes there is some sort of compression. Castlevania for example is 64mb but once on the card is 47.4mb.

how does the dslink boot up with flashme.  when you turn it on does it automatically go to the dslink screen or do you have to press select everytime to get to it.

DeVS

It automaticly goes into the DS-Link OS, no button pressing required.

what kind of microsd card are you using?
hite DSLite(FlashMe v7)
Supercard MiniSD w/Sandisk Mini-SD 2.0GB
EZFlash IV Lite Deluxe w/Sandisk Micro-SD 512MB
M3DS Simply w/Sandisk Micro-SD 1.0GB

sneef

he already said he's using a standard sandisk microsd

Horrah, it not going to suck like people thought it would :)
Cant wait to get mine now. Will probably do the battery test when I get mine...although theres a long queue of testing I gotta do. (Still only about half way through testing all the roms for download play with the Supercard! )

The problem with Mario mini games is someting to do with the way its saved.
From the review over at maxconsole: "it seems some game saves are not compatible with the EEPROM of the DS link cart."
FifthE1ement  knows more about this I think...

And for me Ultimate SpiderMan was fixed on the SuperCard Lite. It still sometimes hangs (about 1 in 10 games) in random places but is very playable.

Do you always have to use the MK-Mini?

There is a problem with Mario mini games? Can you confirm this with your equipment DeVS?

Ultimate Spiderman has worked for me for the longest time using SCSD.  It just required 150X SD media and quickly pressing start after it loaded. It was intermittent and sometimes quirky though.

DeVS seemed to indicate it works perfectly with DSLink.

ImmortalNinja

He mentions it in his review.
