Has anyone got the GBA-DS linkage between Advance Wars: Dual Strike and the first Advance Wars on the GBA working on their Supercard?

Almost all GBA-DS linkage doesn't work on any flashcart. The only one I know to be working is Rockman ZX. Sorry bud...

I tried Harvest Moon DS (Jap) to Harvest Moon: FoMT (Jap) and it seems to work fine.

I believe Castlevania:Dawn of Sorrow works with Aria of Sorrow for the GBA, as it was the example used by romman when announcing this feature, I didn't try it though.
As for Advance Wars, I really hope it will be fixed in a future update...

megaman battle network 5 works fine with all MMBN gba games........but the only problem is, you can't save as it'll crash the game. rockman ZX works too, but same problem, can't save. i'll try other games later.

Some games have bonuses if you have the DS game running with a GBA game in the GBA slot.  For example, Harvest Moon DS, a couple extra people come into the town if you have the GBA game in the GBA slot.  So this feature (seeing as how Supercard is in the GBA slot) loads both roms, the GBA and the NDS and makes it seem like the GBA is in the GBA slot while the DS game is running.  It's not very compatible yet...

tried using GBA union for warioware twisted + warioware touched, it didnt seem to work. is there a guide on how to get it working ? (someone told me to have them as the same name, no results yet.)

My definition:

It allows the flashcart to use the DS/GBA Linkage function which is where if you are playing a DS game and a recognized GBA game is in the GBA slot of the DS, it will unlock or enhance the DS game in the way of an extra level or item. Not every game has this feature and you can usually check cheat code sites to find out which ones do.

IE: If you are playing Sims 2 on the DS and have the Sims 2 GBA game in the GBA slot it unlocks a special monkey game in the Casino of the DS game.

What the flashcarts do is load the GBA game into their RAM and then they allow you to start playing the DS game. Once you start playing the DS thinks their is a GBA game in the GBA slot and unlocks the features. Most flashcarts have the option to turn this function on in the patching software.

here's what i gathered from alot of places:

1. both GBA rom and NDS rom must have the same name. e.g Rockmanzx.dsq, Rockmanzx.sav, Rockmanzx.gba.

2. region lock. a gba (U) rom is only usable with nds (U) rom. the same goes to (E) and (J).

3. GBA rom must be a clean, non-patched rom. however i've once got it working with a full patch gba rom.

that's all i think. and your SD card must have some free space inside. i'm not sure why, but i've once tested with a 64M sd card, and only have 2-3mb free spaces left and the linkage didn't work at all.

i had the patched warioware twisted for some reason @_@.. not like i can play it without the cartriage...

Does anyone know if this works on megaman zx, I know you all said it works with rockman zx. Im thinking that the usa megaman zeros arnt supported yet.
