If I rename something in DSOrganize the supercard will give it some other file/folder's name.
In DSOrganize the file/folder names are the correct names
When viewing the files via my card reader the names are correct.
edit: this is with the Supercard miniSD if that matters~
Example: (objects in brackets are my comments)
[folders]
NDS Homebrew
Shell
DSOrganize
New Folder
[files]
moonshell.sc.nds
DSOrganize Blue.sc.nds

I open up DSOrganize to rename "New Folder" to "NES Roms"
shows up fine in windows explorer/dsorganize but at my supercard menu I know see this: (objects in brackets are my comments)
[folders]
NDS Homebrew
Shell
DSOrganize
NDS Homebrew [everywhere else this shows up as NES Roms]
[files]
moonshell.sc.nds
DSOrganize Blue.sc.nds

It's flaky to say the least. It usually deletes my files when I rename them.

It's great for SHOUTcast etc but if you know how, use DS Linux to do renames and deletes.

You're lucky it usually trashes the fat table on my SC CF and I end up reformatting it !

The rename is really buggy, I think it copies the file to a new one, then deletes the old one.

problem is it doesn't check free space so renaming roms is a really bad idea!

I kind of gave up with DS Organise after it kept trashing my card, when I find that spare 16MB CF I have somewehere I'll give it another go  :D

Actually, DSOrganize doesn't to that anymore, it actually renames the files now.
