Wish Supercard Team would do something about the software all in one like M3

For example

Open Supercard.exe and the message will pop up and ask what version you want to use for   CF, SD/MiniSD or MicroSD

Then when you select GAME.NDS

at output   it should be GAME.NDSCF.DSQ for CF Version
                            or GAME.NDSSD.DSQ for SD/MiniSD version
                            or GAME.NDSMD.DSQ for MicroSD version

That would be nice    all in one program like M3

they way it is now is fine and less confusing....... its not like you have to dl all 3 versions.  Only the one that you need.  Supercard is probably the easiest program to use in and out :D.

I agree it already is pretty simple though I see his point. ANd I do have two versions. And am savvy enough to put the roms in different folders.

i have a question though...
I have my SC minisd patcher in c:\sc and my SC microsd patcher in c:\scmicro but when i change the output path of one, it changes it in both of them...
is there a way to have them point to different directories or is it hard coded into the registry...?
or... this idea would make things easier too :3

Its in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SuperCard\sc

You can edit it but it will edit both. You can also set your default ROM folder.

This is the only problem with having two different versions.  :(

Well I have 2 versions   SD/MiniSD and MircoSd   thats why I get confused when I am patching them.  Sometimes I put them on wrong memory cards   got white screens or not loading because they are wrong on memory cards.   Get it?

You *could* run two versions and have the default save locations differ, but it's slightly fiddly... From FifthE1ement's post it's clear that the registry key is in the HKLU registry hive so simply create a new account on your XP setup, install the "other" SC software then use Windows+L to switch user and use the other account to copy your roms over.

In other words, one XP user account for one instance of the patching software and another account for the other :)

(well, I did say it was fiddly... I just like being pedantic and had to post the answer :D )
