Riviera: promised land

when I load this rom on my GBA it doesn't load and it just goes blank, anyone know why?

There are a few reasons. One it might not be supported. Two. It could be a bad rom dump. Three. it could be the patching software you are using. Four. It could be the firmware you are using. Five. It could be the way it is being patched. So for solutions try different patching options, if that doesn't work try different patching software. take a look at your firmware and see if you can update it.(try this one as a last resort).

How do u change patching options, I can't find it?

Doulble click or right click on the game in the Supercard patcher. But I have a feeling that yours might be a bad dump like I said earlier. I just tried it a few minutes ago and it worked fine. I didn't even need to change any patching options. Try downloading it from another site and see if that helps.

yeah, Riviera still isn't working, and I know my rom is a good one, I think I need to update my firmware but I can't find an update. Can somone give me a link or tell how I can find the newest firmware upgrade? (btw I'm using my supercard with my GBA)

I downloaded the newest upgrade but do I have tp proces the .RAR file through my supercard program?

Firmware isn't the problem, I just tried it. Can somone who successfully downloaded Riviera just tell me the settings they used and the program they used to convert the .gba file. That would be greatly appreciated!

Tese are the settings I used when I patch mine. (These settings are when you doulbe click on your game.)

Enable Saved
Enable Saver Patch
Enable Real Time Save
Enable Restart

These are the Defalut settings (under the Options tab)
Saver Patch
Enable Restart
Enable Add Cheat(This one is optional whether it's selected or not makes no difference)
Enable Real Time Save

These Setings were tested on Riviera(U) version. Hope this helps you

I know for sure this game works on CF and MicroSD, keep on trying.
