Recently my ds is not charging..seems that the contacts of the charger with the ds are not making contact.I cleaned them up but still you have to find a suitable position for the cable to charge.Any help ??

my kids charger sorta went the same,and i bought a cheap one from GAME,that works fine,and is a bit tighter fitting.
sounds like its been leant on or wiggled about,so its either bent or broken a contact.
can you try a friends charger,or have access to a store that sells them,and ask to try it instore,just mention that the old one isnt working,and you would like to see it light up,before you buy!

I solved the problem.It was dirty..cause I cleaned them up and tried it immediately but now everything is ok.
