If you go to the official Supercard website (http://eng.supercard.cn/index.htm), you'll notice a link to a device call the SuperMate. Is this thing like the EZ-Flash V 3-in-1? There really is no explanation on their website.

Look like it is a device to restore FW of the SCDS

I think in France they weren't allowed to sell the SCDS with the firmware on it for some reason, so they sell the Supermate to let those users restore the firmware.

Don't worry about it unless your SCDS comes without a firmware, which won't happen if you use a reputable seller that tests the equipment first.
