Well my wife accidentally dropped her DS Lite into water. I disassembled it, and dried the components, and now it works fine, but there's still some moisture within the LCD screens. I suspect it's between the LCD and the backlight.

The result is a "mottled" look behind the image being displayed. I'll try to post some pics tonight.

I know I could disassemble the LCD screens, and dry them out, but frankly, I don't have the time due to work. (I only opened the plastic shell and used a dryer to dry the PCB, and left it open in an air conditioned room for 2 days)

If anyone wants to remove the LCD screens and dry them, the DS works great. I just played two levels of Lego indiana jones, and it worked fine.
