Games similar to Zelda

Hi all

My wife has just completed Zelda and the Phantom Hourglass. At the moment there is only one Zelda game available for the NDS - though there are some for the GBA.

Does anyone have any suggestions of any NDS games with similar gameplay that she might like?

Zelda is a sort of an action/RPG.

If your wife likes the action adventure aspect of Zelda then try . . .

Bomberman Land Touch
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin
Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow

If your wife likes the RPG aspect of Zelda then try . . .

Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon
Pokemon Diamond Version
Pokemon Pearl Version
Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime

Give it a chance it's a great game.

Thanks for that.
My wife's already tried the Pokemon games (both Diamond and Pearl) but fell out with them in the middle - think she got a bit stuck or something

. I will certainly be checking out some of the others you suggested.

Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime does have a Zelda feel to it, I enjoyed it. Mario & Lugi Partners in time is flat out one of the best DS games ever, loved that one and can't wait for another.

Yes, we used that to get a walkthrough on Zelda, and also to get past the sneaky bit in Zelda where they gove you the wrong combination...

Try the LoZ: A Link to the Past remake for the GBA. Its worth the 15-20 dollars used. I can't think of a better game.

I'm aware that you want to find a zelda-esque game for the DS.

Strongly agreed.

If you've played the original though, it won't offer much thrills.
