after flashmeV5 moonshell crashes when loading a mp3.

realy weird, all my roms seems to work just as they did with the superpass, but moonshell freezes wvery time i try to run a mp3 file,
i'm starting to think i should've not flashed the damn thing.

i have the same problem but if u really want moonshell then use superpass, simple as that!

Make sure your cf or SD is good. I had problems with many diffrent things roms, mp3's, and movies when my cf card was bad. Once I replaced it problems stopped. Hope this helps

what the version of your Moonshell??

the modded 0.4 or the new 0.6???

0.6, do you all use the _boot_mp.nds that comes with the moonshel package or did you built a custom one?

the custom is only for change some settings like backgroung and etc..

is your SC CF???

i asked about the custom thing cuz maybe it has something to do with it, i doubt it though, btw mine is CF SC, i don't think it might be a broken CF cuz I've tested 2 CFs i got here and the same problem happens, actually one of them is new, just got it, the SC test says the CF is ok, though i dont think that's 100% reliable, damn you think it's a broken CF?

Better question, where did you get _boot_mp.nds and did you make a nds.gba out of it or use the pack I made with a bat file to create an nds with the loader already in place?

well i got the moonshell package( that comes with the converting tools and building .bats) from the official(i think) site, where can i get your .bat?

Here i have uploaded a Moonshell v6 works with SC - CF + Flashme!!!

Previously it crashed whenever i tried to play .mp3 ever since i started using flashme instead of passme.

Now no longer is the problem bcause it has been fixed.

BTW i do not own SC SD so i can not confirm if it works for that too?

I have Supercard SD. I have tested it it both on V5 and Superpass and they both work.

Moonshell doesn't freeze when I try the a-b-x-y procedure while opening the DS (it usuely froze if I did press the buttons on Superpass too). I can also hear the startup sound of Moonshell.

However, since this version 0f Moonshell is for CF, it doesn't work on my SD card (I can navigate through the Moonshell folders - MPCF folder says "CF not insert).

So, in sum, playing media on SD doesn't work - but you can still use Moonshell without the risk of freezing on you (specifically speaking to SD).
