I have 2 SD cards, a 512 and a 1g.  I was sitting here thinking... how can I use both and not have to worry about losing one of my cards since they're so tiny.  Then it hit me... GLUE!

So, I superglued my smallest SD case to the back of the NDS.  Now I have both cards with me and safe at all times :)

Someone I know at school, who may be lurking around these boards somewhere, did bring to my attention the heat factor.  To solve this I will be drilling some small holes into the lid of the SD case.

Until next time; Giggidy Giggidy, Giggidy Goo.

How about getting one of those crystal sleeves (less than 10USD) that give you a much better grip on the DS, and modify it so there is a space to put a spare SD card so you dont need to glue anything to the DS...

I have the crystal thing on my DS and love the better grip and its much easier on the hands - when I first got the DS and tried to play Mario64 for and hour or so I felt like my hands were crippled for life. They are not a perfect glove fit, and they really stink for a while (I suggest you wash in VERY soapy water before using) but there is room for modification then, perhaps even getting a sample SD slot for a PCB from molex (and trim out all the connectors) to have a full socket to put the spare SD card into. Battery cover modification for this could be plausible too.

This is all very true, but I like how I only had to spend $1 on glue and nothing else.  I have no problem with glueing things to my devices for more convenience.  I think I even have the grip thing your talking about, but it just makes the DS even more pocket unfriendly.  I don't even notice the case being on the back of the DS when its in my pocket.

I wear cargo pants when I go out and carpenter pants when at school (automotive school) so they have some pretty big pockets.

Ill post some pics tonight :)
