DS One Transflash problems?

I'm having a big problem with my MicroSD card, and I think it could be due to the Transflash reader that came with the DS One. Heres what happened...

I have a Kingston 4gb MicroSD SDHC card, and at first everything worked fine. I was transferring games and happened to run into a few problems, and was forced to pull out my reader in the middle of transferring. This corrupted my card I believe because Vista was no longer able to read my card once I plugged it back in. The weird thing is that if I pluggged the card into my Mac, it would read it. Here I was able to reformat the card back to FAT. I then proceeded to transfer games from my mac to the SD card (all of this through the DS One Transflash reader/writer), and yet again, the transfer froze on me, and I had to force pull out the reader and card again. Now this is where all hell broke lose, NOW, neither Vista or my Mac can read the card, and I have no way to format the card so it can be good again. The card just won't mount on either OS. Is the Transflash broken or my card? Is there a way to fix it? My games on the card work also btw.
Someone PLEASE help me!!!!

The way it looks it seems that its the card reader. The same has happened to me before minus the card corruption after i replaced the reader i was able to mount again
