hi, i am making a cheat for pokemon pearl. i look to the how to make a cheat, i think i did something wrong. the scc. file has 0kb. but the cht. and txt. files are 1kb. what am i doing wrong?

i have the same problem but with pokemon diamond (the cheats in english or in europe version just don't work!!)
i don't know what toc do......and i want to know how to unify two cheats (for example cheat 1282 hasn't shiny so i made the cheat and i want to unify it with the others cheats)

There's a tool called sccmerge that will combine the contents of two *.scc files.  It should be on the Supercard website.
