Nintendo_Supercard

Okay after having my card sitting around for months from new I tried it today, plugged it in and nothing happens.

DS says no card inserted.

Contacts are clean and the card fits snug.

I might be doing something wrong as I am new to this.

Is the card supposed to boot as is or do I need to put something on there first?

Anyways I have done both inserted with nothing on the micro SD and then with a .nds file same result. Nada.

Have you put any firmware on the card?

Nintendo_Supercard

I thought firmware was already on the card and all you needed was copy over .nds files.

In my attemtps to get the thing working I have also copied over a moonshell scshell folder and msforsc.nds file as indicated in my card instructions.

Is there a super easy tutorial on YouTube or web page dealing with this particular card.

Think my DS is version 5 firmware.

Using Supercard DS One SDHC with Sandisk 4GB Mobile Ultra Micro SDHC.

1. How Do I setup my SuperCard?
Download the OS from SuperCard.cn
SDHC: http://eng.supercard.cn/soft_scdsone_sdhc.htm
Non-SDHC: http://eng.supercard.cn/soft_scdsone.htm
Download the top link, extract and place conents on the root of your card.
Place any NDS/Music/Video files on your card
Insert MicroSD in the SuperCard
Place SuperCard in you NDS and turn on.

To be super sure, make sure none of the files are

archived
hidden (well maybe Hidden is ok)

since that was the reason why it didn't start for one of my friends.

You could also go download the triple booter and extract it from that (for SDHC) or 4-booter (which... I didnt really like but its an option)
