i was recently reading about ps2 modding and realized that I didnt understand anything.
I know that there are 2 ways to mod a ps2, a modchip and a boot disc.
I prefer a boot disc but I have no idea how to do anything. 
Anyone want to lend some knowledge?

I know this topic is old.  But if anyone else has the same problem as him here is your solution.

For a bootDisk you have to buy SwapMagic.  After you buy Swapmagic you have to MOD it a little.  There are 3 sensors in the PS2 and you have to cover them.  Search on youtube how to cover it.
