want to back up the saves on my original DS games, been trying to use etool, following this guide

Method:
1 - copy the  ETool3.sav and ETool3.nds files to your MM card
2 - start in NDS mode
3 - run ETool3.nds
4 - press A on backup EEPROM
5 - QPC and save to the sav file
6  - drag and drop in windows explorer onto the app it will create a .out
file wherever the save is dragged from

All good till step 5 then it doesnt save to the save file? whats QPC save? there is no option on etool for QPC and ive tried diff button combos, if i do the EEPROM to SRAM backup it says its done it fine, but when i turn the DS off the file has not saved to the .sav file? Any ideas? thanks guy!

QPC stands for Quick Power Cycle. It's when you turn off the DS then turn it back on fast. In the super card menu after you've restarted there is a saver menu (press right once).

Now click on the etool save and hit A again for okay.

Now move on to step 6.
