Hi, I downloaded FFCC: Echoes of Time (Eur) version but when I want to save it won't any clues?

FFCC: Echoes of Time, like's it's predecessor has Piracy Protection built in.

To solve this you need to copy attahced file to the Cheats Folder and enable cheats and enable the Piracy Removal (it can be merged with any cheat files if wished using the standard sccmerge tools)

This certainly works for the EUR version but I have a feeling it also works for the USA version (will require renaming to the correct ID)
