OK, here is my old PSP Phat, or PSP-1001 if you want to get technical lol. Anyway, I had to take it apart for a case swap but when I put it back together I must have done something to the screen because now its corrupted. I don't know if I didnt reconnect it properly or what but since I got a replacement I don't really care about trying to fix it lol. Also, the WiFi switch is completely broken off. One day it just fell off. I rarely used it anyway so if you don't care about wifi then this shouldn't be too big an issue.  So, the bottom line is this: You are buying a used PSP Phat that is in pretty good condition, no wifi, and a corrupt screen. You could get a replacement screen on the net for around $25. So you could have fully functioning PSP (minus wifi) for a fraction of the price of a new one.   

It is already hacked with custom firmware (5.00 M33-6). Games still work, just pop in the memory stick and go, but like I said the colors will be kinda screwy.

The original analog nub is missing but I am including 2 aftermarket analog nubs (white and blue.......I lost the black one lol)

I am also including the battery and charging adapter.

What is the biggest memory card this can take?

I suppose the max size MS ProDuo you can buy. Personally, I was using a MicroSD to Pro Duo adapter with a 16gb microsd card.
