Ok more problems x_x

When i used the cheats - nothing works.

Am i supposed to use them right off the bat - when i turn it on? or does it work when i just turn it on, on the spot (while in card menu - turn on x9 cards)

HOW DO THESE CHEATS WORK?!!??!?!?!?!?!?! AHHHHHH

It might be i dont know what "press select" mean. When do i press select? it just says "press select"

Try a different game first, one that's known to work with cheats.  Also make sure you haven't disabled the cheats entirely (I think it's either the Start or Select button while in the cheat menu that toggles this).
