Hello, I am new here
This has probably already been talked about her so sorry for that. I wanted to download some old super mario and other old nintendo games so they would play on the DS lite. I have an R4 card and download regular DS roms already. Wanted my daughter to have a chance to play some of the old games I grew up on, thanks in advance

It is possible, yes.  Use the "NES DS" emulator to play them.  We can't tell you where to get the roms, due to legal reasons, but it shouldn't be too difficult to find them.
