I am really confused about all this...

I am trying to get a R4 or M3 for a DS lite but i don't know what to get
what are the difference between all the different products in http://www.kickgaming.com/nintendo-lite-backup-units-c-31_75.html

why are there different things with different prices

are all these the same? what should i get?
R4 SDHC
iTouchDS (RTS)
DS Acekard 2 (Acekard2 v2.1)
DS EDGE (Black)
SuperCard DS ONE v3 - SDHC - RTS
M3 DS Real Rumble Pack Bundle
EZ-Flash Vi (EZVi)
SuperCard DSONEi

Where should i get firmware and what kinds of things can i put into each of the cards?

Out of all of them My choices would be the  M3 Real , Supercard DS One or the Acekard 2.1   ....

Acekard is the current card of choice for most users out there at the minute
