Anyone check this out?  It's pretty awesome.  I got sucked in for 4 hours or so yesterday and I want to play more now.  Stupid work.

I think either the single player or multiplayer stands on its own.  It's like two good games in one.

Yeah it's pretty addictive.  I think I was up to 8 hours in 3 days.  I could barely keep my eyes open at work.

i guess i'm just weird.. I got it, and it's pretty fun, but i didn't get addicted to it. haha.

I think in recent years I've just become more and more of an RPG lover, and less and less of a FPS lover.

or maybe I am just weird.  because I got this game and also FFXIII, and neither of them grab me.  FFXIII is pretty, and has interesting story line, but it's just so "on rails".  feel like I'm just watching some movie interpolated with button mashing. lol

I haven't been able to get into FFXIII either for the same reasons.  At least my 11 year old son seems to like it.  He is also a big Kingdom Hearts fan.

You're not weirdos, a lot of people don't love the game.  I don't know why I do, but I do.  I could not get into the Modern Warfare games and everyone seems to love those, too.  Anyway it took a friend of mine a week or so of playing to get him into BFBC2.  He and other friends and I tend to screw around in squads and just BS so that's probably why I have been playing it so much.  I don't know, I really liked the first Bad Company game, too.  They really removed a lot of the cheesiness from this one.  And somehow they managed to balance an arcade feel with a war sim perfectly IMO.

I've been playing the game quite a bit on PC just to avoid studying for my midterms. 

It's not bad, but I think shooters are starting to get a little too complex for me.  The fact that I can't hide behind a concrete wall is pretty shocking.   

FYI, I've been selling Battlefield Bad Company 2 CD Keys around for $25.  The game is pretty dirt cheap in so many places, so it's well worth it at that price imo.

I got this game, FFXIII, they are not caught me. FFXIII is beautiful, has interesting story, but it is just so "on the track." I just feel like watching some film insert button mashing....
