Man what a GREAT game! It's a new game (was out on pc before) but made in old school original nes graphics. This game has me hooked! Old school graphics and sound but with GREAT game play. Here is a review of it, if you havent played it on the pc, check it out. Old school goodness!

ive played it for 1/2 an hour ill get back to it on friday when im of work but it seems ok so far

played for another hour this morning its a great game
i put it on my sons wii last night before i went to work & my son played it for 3 hours (so my wife says) i looked & hes way past me

i played it on the pc a while back, just bought it for wiiware last week.  i need to put some more time into it and at least catch up to where i was previously.

Glad u like it jmr. I have had a lot of fun with but think I'm getting close to the end which sucks,lol. Hope they make a sequel. Wish more games like this would be made too.

No there wont be a sequel. I did some research and apparently this game was amazingly enough made by some average joe in house (a Japanese fellow). He made the game (took like 5 years I believe) and he released it for free on the pc, linux, mac, in 2006. Nintendo contacted him and worked out a deal to have it released on WiiWare. You can still download the game for free on those other computer platforms though the WiiWare version has higher res graphics and different game play options. He said he won't be making a sequel as he has a real job now (not even a game designer or in the industry,lol).

That being said, I finished the game today. I found out there are 3 different endings depending on what items u find in the game. I finished on the 2nd hardest ending. It blows my mind that some random guy made this game and not a game studio, it was one of the best games I played in recent memory. Great story and weapons, best music you will find, every old school and very good.

its a good game but i havnt played it in two weeks as i cant pass my son were both on Sand Zone
i passed him a couple of weeks ago & he cryed for a hour ill have to get him to play it again

hes always on pokemon HG or on the itouch these days hes never on the wii
