I know there were some doubts, but I got SNESAdvance to work today. Thanks to everyone that tried to help me troubleshoot this. Here's how to do it.

1) First off go to Flubbas page and get the latest builder. Also check the compatablility list so you know which roms to try. I have only tested "Super punch out" so far but it works t as listed in the compatability list (remember it doesnt support sound, yet :( )
http://www.snesadvance.org/

2) I ran the Rom threw the builder using all of the default settings and output the final .GBA "snes" rom. But alas it doesnt work...

3) So I then ran the rom threw the Supercard patcher and Viola! it loads.

Interesting to note is that the rom will white screen unless it is "Supercard" patched just like any normal GBA rom. Also even though it says the rom "failed" to patch the command reset still does work and it does create the .sav file. I will test more and report back here.

Okay, so I've done a bit more testing and have some good results.

Firstly from what I can tell the supercard patcher doesn't affect the SNES rom in any adverse way. I tested this theory using VBA. Roms that were patched seemed to run the same as before they were patched which is good news.

Secondly the "Save states" function works perfectly. This is interesting to note because from what I've gathered over at the SNESAdvacne forums this isn't the case with flash carts. It seems that the only way to use a save state function with this emulator is with the supercard (the emulator doesn't even have an options menu yet so there is no save state function available and according to some users there its technically not possible) It seems supercard owners lucked out with this one.  :D

Again check the compatablility list in the link I posted for a comprehensive list of good roms so far. I can tell you though that
Super Punch out rocks even without sound. It has perfect speed and only a few minor graphics glitches in the backgrounds, but all of the characters are perfect.
Super Metroid unfortunatly isn't as smooth. It has sluggish performance and missing graphics (especially at the beginning. But it sure was nice to see it load the whole intro almost perfectly.
Castlevania Dracula X is almost perfect
Darius twin is perfect

It's been almost 2 months since they have done a BIN update so I am hoping the next one will be a big one that fixes some of these issues.  :)

Good job testing.  I was of the opinion that the SC software would have trouble passing through ROMs that don't have the checksum that it's looking for, but that seems not to be the case.
