Supercard CF No longer supporting games?

Hi!

I've not been on here in a while, used to use SuperCard CF on my DS, long time ago! I gave my DS to the Mrs and she's been using it the last few years but it seems all the latest games no longer work.

Its flashed with the latest firmware and I have the latest SuperCard software but this in its self is pretty old now.

All I'm getting with the latest games is 0kb files

Can anyone help?

I still have a SuperCard CF. It patched nds ROMs fine the last time I tried, but that was more than a year ago. I'm not sure if the Supercard team are still updating their patcher software database regularly to support newer nds game ROMs. The last Supercard CF patcher software update was SC CF v2.71 (2010.03.25). Did you download this version and try it? What game are you having trouble with?

I used my SCSD for quite a while but recently changed to the slot 1 cards. Yes, you're right. The new games don't work anymore and the Supercard Team has announced end of support, so basically this is where the buck stops as far as slot-2 solutions go with the Supercard Team.

I believe what bitblt posted is the latest patcher, and if the roms get 0kb, then you're out of luck.

Thanks for the reply's, I guess they have to stop supporting it one day so that we buy the new cards

Can anyone suggest a good slot 1 card that will work with an old Skool Fat DS but also support the new style DS's in case I get her a new one?

My DS has not been modded or anything, no flashme for example - I've always used the superpass

i have a dstwo & its a great cart it has lots of features like gba & snes emulators - ireader & iplayer
its 35 dollers but well supported

Honestly for some reason my favorite supercard was the original CF version... I gave it away long ago, but it was awesome... too bad it isn't supported anymore! Oh well... Maybe this site will be revived with some kind of Supercard 3DS!

Hi Guys,

I bought the DSTwo in the end, very pleased with it indeed.

And also this week go another DS!!! (DS Lite) And that came with an R4 so I'm well sorted now

Thanks again, will probably drop by more often now I have these new Toys.
